This is a cheap and easy fix to get rid of the "C" riser. I think I might have $100.00 invested in the riser and top clamp.
Most (if not all) aftermarket bars will have the wrong spacing on the knurling for the "C" clamping system. I did find a pair that had 5.5" center section and would fit in the clamp but the knurling was wrong and would slip.
Go to Burly and get a complete kit with cables, wiring and front brake hose for the taller bars.
Thanks but the problem is that being in India, I dont have all such parts readily available and if I have to get them shipped then the cost triples. So looking for options where I dont have to do modifications to the riser clamp. I found RSD king apes but they are too huge, 16" + the stock 6" riser is going way high and not comfortable. I do daily commute to office and frequent long trips.
