Default Rattle when throttle applied

I was sitting in bumper to bumper traffic yesterday. The engine started to give a rattle sound whenever I would apply the throttle. It sounded like it was coming from the right side of the bike, but I could not tell for sure.
Once I stated moving, the rattle sound went away. Could this be a sign the engine was starting to overheat?

Prob something loose. Do a nut and bolt check. Start at the exhaust mounts, then the check the motor mount. It's good to go through every 1000 miles or so. Something always coming loose on these bikes.

That's quite possible. An oil temp dipstick or head temp gauge would allow you to get some real info vs guessing.

Do this regardless.....the other day my rear brake caliper bolt was literally hanging on by a few threads. This is only a month after Dealership full service
