I think fat bob tanks makes a full kit with everything you need not sure on the price but I think its arround $300. Iv been looking into it for the future myself.
It can be done, dennis kirk, j&p cycles, and a lot of other online vendors sell the tanks with dash mount kits. I just put a stretched sport bob tank on my bike, without the dash though. A buddy got the regular sport bob tank with dash, and the dash was fairly simple to install, just relocating hardware pretty much. I found the biggest pain in the *** was painting the tank as it's really time consuming, unless you just pay someone to paint it for you. If you decide on a stretched tank though, take into conideration that you may have to trim down the front of your seat for it to fit.
There was someone on this forum that has done it, remember seeing it a month or so ago. It looked great, if I remember right the kit included everything.
