Front wheel Vibration
Forty eight 2014; I changed recently both wheels, new rim strip and inner tubes, did get one inner tube oem, the strips are and wheels are as the handbook says, only but the front one instead of being scorcher 31" is Scorcher 32"; they are the same size 130/90B16. after the first ride I noted that the wheel "vibrates" when I am at the red ligths and the handle bar is straight, like up and down, and when I turn the handlebar going slow it tends to move or to stick to the side that I am turning and feels like "un balanced", According to the tire service guy, spoke rims are balanced and have a mark where you align the wheel and no need for balancing. I do not know what is going on

What did you have (rim size and type) prior to installing new rims/tires? Not all wheels are the same width. Is it properly spaced and aligned? I agree with the previous post, wheel balance issues are normally felt at higher speeds.

David, it would be helpful if you took more care when writing your message and checked it before posting! Some of it doesn't make any sense to me. I suspect what you are telling us is that you have changed your tyres, not the wheels, and have used the same spec rear tyre and a Scorcher 32 front. You say the front wheel vibrates at red lights? You're not moving then, so neither wheel can vibrate! So give us some clues of what is going on, there's a good chap!
