Default FuelPak After Remap?

Has anyone installed the FuelPak after already having the remap download? I was just wondering if this would cause problems.

When I first had the remap done, everything seemed fine. But the more miles I put on, the more popping I get. Also, the bike stalls sometimes within 30 seconds or so of starting it up, which it never did before.

From what I've read the FuelPak seems to solve the popping problem.

Thanks,
