Kuryakyn velociraptor air cleaner looks awesome on the bike but the question - is it too small for my engine, does it allow enough air or is it too constricting??
Other air cleaner like Arlen Ness Big Suckerr Air Cleaner seem to have much more surface area in comparison, are their power gain differences?.. any thoughts would be appreciated.
Kuryakyn velocraptor AC is fine for stage 1. You will get more velocity with a longer stack. I also used an Alren Ness and there was no noticeable difference in power gains....same with the Outlaw 587.
Did not have to change the tune on my Powervision which means the air flow was comparable. I ended up with the Arlen Ness since I liked the quality and look better, and used a custom discrete external breather system from DK.
