Under my ECM there is nothing it would have to be installed under the plastic that the ECM sits on and that would be putting it above the rear tire.
Unless I position it on the plastic that the ECM snaps into and, let the ECM rattle around on top the light module, but that can't be good,what do ya think?
Where to put the Run/Brake/Turnsignal module:
The red box is the light module. The green square is one half of the original plug. Yellow is the other half. The blue dot is a small bit of the wire running under the electric module and goes to the light module. You take thenuts off and lift up the electric module and tuck/coax the wires in place. No wires are pinched, bound,or twisted and run straight out of the light module (so there's no stress on the connection). Get all the stuff in a comfortable position and zip-tie it in place.
The hardest part of the job is taking the seat off.
