I have a buddy with a kawaski zx-9, I have been freinds with him since we were kids(over 30 years) So I end up riding with him alot. I've noticed that when I'm riding by myself or with other harleys,I get the wave from dang near every harley I pass. But when riding with my buddy on the zx-9 most don't wave anymore, especially when he is leading.
I waved a t a oreintal guy on a scooter one tim and he almost wrecked I think he thought I was going to beat him up and take his scoot. No more waving at scooters
Go ahead, do it, it will probably make his day (j/k, scooter riders). And besides, lots of big bike riders own and ride smaller bikes like scooters as well, sometimes.
Not only that, you don't want to rile a scooter rider; they may end up running you off the road and kickin' yer ****... hehe...

What's up with that?[sm=icon_rofl.gif]
Lot's of Harley riders hate rice burners and treat them with contempt; what can I say.
I like pretty much all cycles, though,so if a person waves at me on his bike, whatever it is (unless it's mine and he just stole it),and I can wave back, then I usually do.
Then when he goes by me I stick my tongue out at him and flip him the American bird when he's not looking(no, just kidding)...
