For a soft tail but has similar steps. gives you an idea.

Not really instructional but nice to see the process.

not necessarily a full installation like what you want but might be helpful.

Sorry it's hard to find comprehensive videos of how to do this.

There are lots of fancy ways to do it too, and the above comments are just a really good easy way to SEE the bubbles, not make a mess and save fluid. The clear tube method above is just an additional trick, not necessary.

Got my brake lines in, my plan to make it all easier? Do the brake line first in one day after work. Then do the bars another day. If you want it to be a several day thing, then yeah get the wiring done and all that over a few days. But you'll want to do the brake bleeding while either set of bars is installed.

this is exactly it, and very helpful. You can totally do your own brakes.

Thing to watch with a fresh and empty line: make sure to check your fluid level every cycle to make sure you don't let it get low. if the fluid gets low in the reservoir, it will suck air into the system.
Guys I'm still not sure how I'm handling the brake cable portion of this handle bar install. Can't I just disconnect the cable then get the air out? Thanks
