I just bought a set of Rinehart 3”” slip ons for my 2019 883.
installation seems pretty simple, as I am changing nothing as far as the stock- header pipes. Dealer gave me some type of gaskets. (Look About and inch and half or so long piece of hollow tubing)
is this correct that I need those gaskets to install my slip ons? Or was that possibility a misunderstanding that they thought I was replacing the header pipes?
(assuming said gasket pieces were needed for header pipe replacement?)
If they are 1.5 inches long then I suspect they go between slip on and header. It just depends on the diameter of the slipon as to whether you will need them. The gaskets used at the exhaust port and cross over pipe are not that long.

Ah makes sense. Thanks for the super quick reply. Safe and healthy new year!
yep, I see piece number 27 in the diagram.
thanks again.
