Ive been excited to build another sportster to complement my Road King Special, because neither does each others job very well, and its nice to have a second bike to scoot around town and go for short little burns with. That, and I just love sporties.. no other bike catches my eye as consistently, and its my ninth Harley and Ive had a few bikes in each of their lines
Anywho, Ive been working on this one for a while, and its done for now.
I know what you mean about there just being something about Sporties.....This Roadster caught my eye and I had to have it.....at the right price of course. I was on the fence with a Triumph 900 that looked real close but my attraction for HDs prevailed once again and the rest is history. Keep adding to this thread, I for one will be taking notes.
Quick question if you dont mind; what fuel Manager are you using? Do you have a link to the air filter you've got on the bike?.....Thanks 👍
Hey, Im using a Dynojet Powervision. Ive used them a lot and theyre really great tuners. My favorite is the Thundermax, but I already had a powervision for my other bike, so I only needed to buy another tuning license to be able to tune a second bike.
Looks like she turned out great. I really like the rear lights on the chopped struts. How are you liking those rear sets? They seem to fit the bike's "persona" well.

Thanks, I like the rear sets; I think the clip-ons might be tough ergonomically without them. That said, this isn't the most comfortable bike Ive ridden, but its fairly comfy and its fun to ride. I have a bike for comfort, this one is just for fun, and it is
