I have a 2015 sportster 883 low. It has had the S&S 1200 conversion kit installed, Screaming Eagle 551 cams, V&H short shots with super quiet baffles, screaming Eagle high performance air cleaner and a direct link tuner. my question is what spark plugs should I use, the stock plugs or which suggestions please

Curiously I fitted NGK DCPR7E plugs in a standard 2008 Custom 1200 and the indy I went to recommended I put the HD 6R12 plugs in as he has had failures with NGK but none with HD.
I haven't had a failure with NGK in over 40 years in bikes and cars. That's my experience. Hammer recommends you start with 9s, then go to 8s if the 9s are too cold.
Use the Goldie Lock ones, not too hot and not too cold, just right.
Way too many factors for each mod and how you ride. May have to do some medium and high speed runs but with todays fuels it`s very hard to get a plug reading. Go on the cold side and if you are fouling go up a heat range
