Hopefully an easy to answer question. I just replaced the throttle cables, brake line, and clutch cable on a 2011 Street Bob. I am also working on a 2006 Sportster 883XL.
I was wondering which, if any, of the cables from the dyna could be reused on the sportster project?
Depends on length and fit. The throttle cables you can likely re-use. The clutch cable depends on the length of travel and play you want in the clutch. It also depends on the ramp outer on the clutch itself. I'd recommend a new brake line even if it fits.
