don't you know we are all invisible to cars $ trucks . whats the first thing they say after an accident ? I DIDN'T SEE YOU !! they should open their eyes a bit more for all our sakes !
Hard to see anything while you're on the cellphone. It's not that their eyes are closed, the problem is they have crainialanalitis. ( their head is up their a$$ )
Just my 2cents. I'll getbackon mymedication now.
I've been getting nervous at the"t"intersections on some of the backroads around here. If somebody decides to blow through astop sign while I'm trotting down the hill, I'm toast. Just gotta stay on our toes at all times, I guess.[&:]
I'd call that insurance company (even though you don't have the license plate no.) and give them hell. If they care about business, they'll find out who it is.[sm=boink3.gif]
With 50 mi on my just built chopper, I had decided to get a pro to carry it to Autorama, a big show in Houston. Excited to be in my first show we got16 mi to the next town when an old driver in a Capri pulled a left in front of us. Totaled the pro's F350. The bike on the trailer wasn't seriously harmed, but the impact blew the seals in the Wide Glide forks. I sat in my booth constantly trying to sop up fork oil from the leaking seals. "I didn't see them", an F350? I guess you have to be able to see over the dash!

Boy I know it, and I see it more with every ride. This morning, some guy in a mini van apparently didn't see my bright headlight coming right at him. He tried to make a left turn in front of me just as I was entering the intersection. Fortunately for me, he realized how close I was and slammed on his brakes, but DAMN. LOL just another day on the scooter.

I hear ya. Theres a TON of construction going on on Canyon Road (our main road out here) and of course all the idiots are now screaming down our side streets trying to avoid the construction. Not to mention the big dump trucks that really have no business on these narrow two lane roads. They are also trying to avoid the construction.[sm=smiley35.gif] [:@]
There's a LOT of people doing 50 in a 35 in my neighborhood these days, and there are a lot of kids on bicycles out in the neighborhood these days... [sm=badidea.gif][sm=sigh.gif]
I am not able to understand alot of drivers out there.
From those who seem to crash into someone's living room for no reason; todrivers who actually speed up when you are trying to move in front of them; to drivers who wait until a lane ends til they decide to get into merge into traffic at the last second causing traffic to slow down or stop; to drivers who slow down traffic because they have to rubberneck at the accident all the way in the lanes going in the opposite direction; to people who turn so slow that you'd think they are afraid that their wheels make go all the way around.
The roads are proof that our society is full of idiots and a-holes.
