Here's where I am so far:
Here's the top of the piston (20K miles):
Just on "hold" until I get parts from Hammer. Gonna order new head bolts from stealer, paint some parts, buy some assembly lube, anti seize, new exhaust nuts, etc. This gives me about 3 weeks too get my act together. I have a good friend who restores BMW airheads, he's excited to help out as he's not worked on Harleys. The guy is meticulous and has top quality tools as well.
