Hello all,
I used to own an Iron 1200 but traded in for a touring bike. Great for my commutes to work since most of it is on the highway but I've been missing riding around the small town I live in on a lighter bike. There's been a Nightster for sale for a while that I've had my eyes on as I really dig the look. Anyone else own a nightster? Pros/Cons?
The con is cornering clearance from the low suspension, plus, in that same con, the low suspension makes the ride similar to a rigid frame.
The pro is everything, including dependability/ mechanical/ electrical is fine, a typical Sportster, plus, the style/ look/ stance of the bike is attractive.
Of course you can modify to no limit including seats, shocks, saddle bags, handlebars etc.
Good luck in your decision.
