if you are planning to keep and ride that bike,i have two oe mirrors off of my 16 you can have.black stem polished backs.u pay shipping and their yours.if not,ill keep em.lmk
I'm sure You already knows all this that buying new OEM parts to take the bike back to its former glory would cost $$$.
I wonder if the engine is alright on the inside.
Left outside will have had it exposured from heat during them Malta summerdays as well as cold during winter nights. That could cause internal corrosion.
But Malta have a history of bravery and endurance so You might very well see it through and end up with a ready and working bike. 👍🏻
Restoration projects are always awesome...they give us the opportunity to bring things back to former glory...and having worked on the details, gives a wholesome connect. Love it
That is really rough for only being a few years old are you sure it wasnt in the sea . Sure looks like you have your work cut out for you good luck
Lots of hard work :/ each bolt is a nightmare to remove :/

Wow, my bike has been on the Kalifornia coast for almost 32 years and I thought some areas on it looked bad. That bike looks like it was in the sea, rather than by the sea. My hat is off to you on taking on such a restoration.

That is what I thought however if it was in the sea then it would have engine problems issue is that here its a windy country and it gets wet with salt water very often. Thanks, some times I regret it having bought such as project, normally then I get a bolt that I cannot remove
