I love it when the stealership calls and says to me I also changed the spark plugs on your bike. Can they do that without my authorization? I think not..

what r u talking about? They replaced the sparkplugs without my consent.. Tehy cant do that unless they call me first

im not this is it.. The service people have attitudes and i will start going to the other one few miles down the road once I order my new gas tank.

what i meant was next time they do work without your premission refuse to pay for it. if they argue make them take it back off.truthfully service work should never be preformed with out written consent.

I am stunned at how many people do this, knowing full well they will get crappy service and pay more.
