Default Primary case noise
Weird noise from primary case on dow shift and take off. Have a 07 xl1200l. Thought it was chain adjustment but seems within specs.

Seems fine, might need cable though

Can you be more descriptive?
Is the noise continuous or just some kind of click or clunk as the gear changes?
When the clutch is still pulled or when you let the lever out?
Does the engine appear to rev slightly that would occur if the clutch is slipping?
Has the spring plate been eliminated for an extra plate kit so you are getting a bit of a squeal?
