The bike was running great prior then stalled out on me and wouldn’t start thought I was just out of gas at first.

However so far I’ve charged the battery, changed the spark plugs, the starter relay and all of the fuses, cleaned wires leading to the battery terminals what can I do from here, it cranks really good just doesn’t start, all Accessories and lights work just fine as well

Try spraying a little starting fluid into the carb, if it fires off then you know you have a fuel or carb issue.

If you have the air filter off can you see gas squirt from the accelerator pump when you twist the throttle?

 

Ya need to run a a Diagnostic Scan for ERROR CODES. Look up the Error Codes and isolate the problem.
