Default Quick throttle ?

Just wondering if anyone has used a 'quick throttle' or what might be called a 1/4 turn throttle tube?

I'm seeing two offered. G2 and MoonsMC. For those that have them, just wondering what
their experience is - good / bad / indifferent ?

Thanks for any insight,

T.

I have the G2, money very well spent IMHO. No difference most of the time, but when you want to really go as in passing, merging, etc., saves trying a regrip.

Probably shaved a full second on passing time and getting on the highway and Interstate.

Great post, I think I need 3 of these G2 1/4 whackers! I’ll have to look and see if they make a 7/8” one also

It looks like they do make a 7/8" conversion throttle for Harley. Unfortunately, it looks like these are only for 1996 and later models.

Looks like Moons MC is also for 1996 and later bikes.

Too bad, looks like very useful products.

Ok, so I'm ignorant on the 'older' XL (1995 & older) models I guess... Can you explain what
the differences WRT the throttle would be ?

Thanks !

For what its worth, I went with the aluminum MoonsMC 'quick' throttle....
After I get all of the maintenance completed on my Duc, I'll report back my
impressions with the quick throttle...

I have no idea. Just read both companies websites.
