Job done, well done on the find. I did suggest that but didn't look to see if they were generic.

I see the 20.6. Not 21. Will this work?

Go with the HD solution if in doubt. Putting in the spacer will put the primary bearing in the correct position and I assume from that other thread I linked the inner wheel spacer is 6mm longer such that it puts the second bearing in the right place.

HD probably went this route for what they supply which is 15mm wide bearings.

Ok Thanks Andy from sandy. I do have another problem. I'm removing the bolts that hold the rotor on the rear wheel. Those things must have been torqued to 200 ft lbs. Got all but one loose. Broke two T-45 torx bits on the last bolt. Cant get the last bolt to budge. Any suggestions?

Do you have an impact wrench or can you borrow one? That will get it loose. HD used lots of thread locker on many fasteners at the factory and it can be tough to them loose...and sometimes you need to clean the threads up with a tap once you do.

So long as you haven't chewed the head out of the screw I would start by using heat using a small gas torch or a very high wattage soldering iron.

A good quality bit will clearly be required. I have found the more expensive ones generally fit better.

I have never used an impact driver but I also doubt torx bits are made from the more malleable metal like impact sockets so it is likely to just break more of them.

The H-D part 9276B is a double metal encased type, they are manufactured in South Korea.

The equivalent bearing number for 9276B is 5205ZZ, all bearing manufacturers will use that reference number. Instead of paying H-D stealership prices, try your local bearing factors, most towns and cities have at least one bearing factors supplier.

The 20.6mm width of the bearing is actually 13/16", that is the same width as the stock H-D bearing, 21mm is incorrect for the width, it looks like someone has rounded up to the nearest millimetre.

Reusing the rotor bolts and pulley bolts is not recommended, after they have been used they will have been stretched, that will affect their integrity, so replace them with new bolts. I have used black titanium rotor bolts on my Iron 883, titanium is light weight and stronger than steel, that's why titanium is widely used on racing motorcycles.
