It really depends on what model you go for hotlap. If cruise control is an issue, the RK Classic and Ultra Classic Electra Glidehave it. If you want a comfortable touring bike without all the bells and whistles, the Electra Glide Standard ($15,995) is the best bang for the buck. Both models have air adjustable rear suspension and a touring chassis. The Electra Glide has a more comfortable seat, but italso weighs more and hasa full fairing. Riding both should narrow it down.

Going from a sporty to a road king. Isn't that like going from Jenna Jameson to Rosie O'donnell?[:'(]

You never know, Rosie might be real good at something that Jenna doesn't like doing.

One thing I have to tell you, when you sit on this RK, you don't even want to beat the shlt out of it, I was taking it easy and have great fun, I fall in love with this baby. [8D]Alex
I hear that from a lot of old people.
Hey, I resemble that remark !

I suppose you could be right Hotlap, but from what I have seen, I can't think of anything Jenna won't do. [sm=jawdrop.gif]

I just rode a 98 springer and it was NICE! I could have ridden it for days!
I have always liked the RK tho and would love one as long as it has the hard bags on it. I just can't get used to the leather type bags.
