Here is a little bit of History trouble with the bike, recently the bike would cut out just stopped running while riding and so after Maybe I let it sit for 30 minutes it would start back up again this has happened three times.
so I thought maybe it's the carb that is dirty and it wasn't getting any fuel so I took the car off and luckily I had a Mikuni hsr42 that I got from a friend so I decided to put that on instead. So after the setup the bike did start up but ran like crap because wrong jet sizes.
so I ordered new jet sizes put those in the carb and then the bike for some reason would not start up again, so I replaced the old rectifier with a new chromed drag specialty rectifier, and still it would not start, so I removed the plug wires put some new plugs into the plug wires and positioned them on the fins of the motor and notice I was not getting any Spark. So I checked the coil with a multimeter it was only 2.3 ohms. 3 ohms which is standard for the Sportster but it was also only 10,000k ohms which is below standard for that coil.
so I replaced the coil and this time I'm getting spark but for some reason the bike still would not start the only thing that I haven't replaced is the ignition module, this bike has about 90,000 miles on it so I'm wondering could it be the ignition module, I even checked stupid things like the bank angle sensor which I seen on YouTube could prevent the bite from starting but it was okay I took it out shook it replaced it and plugged it back in with the same results. I know the bike is getting fuel because I'm running a see-through fuel filter with clear hoses running to the carburetor and I had no there is gas in the float Bowl also. One YouTuber suggested to check the crank positioning sensor which I have yet to do.
so at this point the only two things left to check or change is the ignition module and or the crank positioning sensor.
comments are welcome and advice.

With the symptoms you describe I would say yes, the ignition module could very easily be the culprit. With 90k miles on the bike I would be really impressed if the original ignition module is still in there.
