On my 2006 HD Sportster XL 883C my speedometer isn’t registered my speed it’s stuck at zero when riding but when I turn the ignition on the needle goes back and forth to zero but sometimes gets stuck facing at 6 o’clock and I was thinking it’s possibly my speed sensor but my signals are still auto cancelling what could it be?

 

Speed sensor was my first thought too.
Couldn’t hurt to pull it out and clean it.
