HSR45 Initial Idle Speed Adjuster Screw Setting?
Does anyone know what the initial idle screw adjusment should be on the Mikuni HSR 45? Not the air/fuel screw but the idle adjustment screw. I replaced the long screw with the short screw and didn't really pay attention to where it was set originally. I have the manual and tuning guide but there really isn't any talk about it. I wouldn't normally worry much about it but since this will be the first time starting the engine I don't want to have to mess with it much the first start if I can avoid it. I have just set it to where it is about a quarter turn in after touching the slide but that's just a total guess.
