Have an '06 sportster that after replacing the battery the Speedo stopped working. I have purchased a used speedo to try replacing which did not work and have also replaced the vehicle speed sensor to no avail. Checked fuses and they all seem good. Any ideas on what might be going on and how best to diagnose possible wire issues?
I highly doubt a "used" HD speedo will function since it's most likely "married" to an ECM.
IF you mean you purchased a used "aftermarket" speedometer, then that is
