got one from JP cycles, made in Tiawan, came with new mounting ring.
I had to add a rubber spacer between the old housing it had a 1/8 " gap "waterproofed it myself"
that being done took it for a test ride with gps strapped on the tank.
odometer pretty close, speed ok up to 30mph, then got lazy, at 40, read 37
at 50 was showing 46.
oh well , better than the other way , keep me outa trouble
UPDATE !! the speedo from JP cycles is JUNK.
Trip meter quit at 130 miles, called for replacement, only a "store credit "
I refused, and now searching for one that works, I should have read the reviews before I bought it.
