There are a lot of threads with guys on a crossroad due to age & health deciding if they should stop riding because their baggers are too heavy. Some debate trike… Your solution here is their answer. This should be more popular for those aging out. It wouldn’t work for me cause I’m almost 6’5. Plus I’m still pretty young and healthy. But when I get there is 15-20 years what will I do..

You're right, a Sportster can be a very good option for guys who want to ride but don't want to handle a 900 pound Bagger anymore. I went a similar route with my 07, I called is a Bagster. With a comfy seat, hard bags, windshield, and Progressive suspension it was a very nicely set up bike. And with forward controls there was enough room to stretch out.

I dechromed a little today. Went from chrome to black on the intake cover. I love the hammer intake as you can use any sportster cover on them. I have a better insert to put on there that's not so plain. I think I prefer the chrome cover though to be honest.
