I'd agree on the S100. Easy to use. I've been using one of the Mr. Clean car wash kits. It works real well. The final rinse is real fine as it goes thru a filter. Doesn't spot and dries quick. I use a detail spray wax like meguiars. Good lint free towels too.

Only on the contact patch!!!

I haven't washed mine yet...it's not dirty enough...It hasn't even been WET yet! Do you guys cover the speedo with a plastic ziploc bag or something to help prevent the dreaded "water ring" from forming under the glass? Or just spray and pray? And yes, it will be washed at a self-serve car wash.

Any "car wash soap" will do just fine. I use Meguiars NXT wax and Mothers chrome polish. Also,.... there isnt a need to cover the speedo with any type of plastic bag,... Harley designed them to ride in the rain.Just avoid using any high pressure while washing,.... you can damage gaskets and seals with the high pressure washers. Just use your ordinarly pressure from your tap and you will be fine.

I wash my bike with Blawkhawk spray I pick it up at Walmart. My bike has 23k on it. It has never been washed at a carwash bad choice Dallas. I use Meguir's wax and S100 Spray Polish. Mothers alluminum polish on the engine covers and Pigspit on the black engine.
