Say what they will, nothing beats riding without one. But...... when I'm doing long miles at freeway speeds, I wouldn't be without it. Have ya'll had a "how many bugs ya eatin'" poll yet?

I have had the Quick Disconnect windshield(no hardware left behind) for over two years now (this will be my 3rd season) and it goes on in October and comesoff in May. It's really great for extending the riding season on both ends. I figure I get an extra 3+ months of fairly comfortable riding per yearbecause ofit. A great investment for when it gets cold as far as I'm concerned.

I've got the Quick Release Detachable Touring Windshield that HD just came out with this year. It's the tallest and widest quick-detachable windshield you can get for the Sportster, but the shape is very sporty looking -- not all "roundy" like some of them. Part number is 58158-08. I've ridden many miles with it, and it's a great windshield.

Default RE: New Touring Windshield - 58158-08

I have heard that on the dyna that you have to relocate the turn signals when you use the new 58158-08 Touring Windshield, has anyone heard of this and do you have to do it on the sporster? I have a 1200C 2007 model.
Thanks, RT
