Depends on how low you want to go, and how rough of a ride you like! Progressive 412's, Lick's Short Shocks, or Strut's if you want to hard tail it, (with either Lick's "Not Shock's" or a custom strut).
A lot of people prefer the Progressive's 11" eye to eye cause it lowers the rear a little, but still a comfortable ride.
I and others preferred to really lower the rear on our scoots, and went with the Lick's 10" shocks.
It all depends on what you want out of your ride!
