I have not bought a brace yet but I can tell that at 80 mph you really need one. Especially if one of your fork sealsis going bad!

REAR SHOCKS.

Okay, I'm kinda biased since I've only done rear shocks. They smoothed out the harmonc vibration of therear swingarm which suprised me. I thought the "tuning fork effect"of the rear swingarmwas an old bikers tale.

The only folks I've found who change front springs are folks who lower the bike causing it to ride worse and racers who need the adjustability of more advanced suspension. Everybody else seems to just deal with the front the way it is.

Af far as brands go I have a set of discontinued Fox shocks. I have only heard good things about Progressive.

IMHO, Progressive shocks and fork springs are without a doubt the best bang for the buck!
