Hiya

Can someone enlighten me please as to the fundamental differences between the XLH883 Hugger and the standard XL883

I realised today my 1999 Sporty is a the former (XLH), so what is the dif between the two models ? It is just a height thing ?

Ive read the history of the Sporty via the sticky link above, but I would love to know more.

The Hugger is 2 inches shorter in length
And 2 inches shorter in height than the other models

Sonic, Driving on the wrong side of the road is one thing but having everything on your bike on the wrong side is cool.

Long wheelbase= high speed stability, and vice-versa. That's why top fuel dragsters and land speed cars are super long
