$800 for the little Sportster batwing thing? I don't wanna rain on your parade, but that seems like a lot to me... hope it works good for you.
Oh, I would also call the vendor, they should willingly replace any hardware lost in shipment. 99.9% of them will do so no questions asked if you call them.
I am the type of person that buys stuff , if it don't work out it becomes new garage wall art.

Dude... you and I think alike...! Made me laugh even! I have several things hanging from my garage wall that 'didn't work out' but I figured it wouldn't be worth the time to try and sell them. Too funny! (And here I thought I was the only goofy one here.)
$800 for that? it at least comes with some kind of speakers inside ready to be set up to a sound system or MP3 player...right?? please say it comes with something other than just a shaped piece of plastic..
you got ripped off
just kidding not really, if you like it, than you'll use it. I can see the advantages to it, I would want one on long trips to shield the hands and face from wind. but i would not pay $800 for one..
I am looking forward to seeing pictures when on the bike, keep us updated please. Some of us are interested in looking into getting one. Looks better than a windshield.
