"Talk your wife into it"...... I hear this ooooh too often..... If my girl (granted she is not my wife) wanted something... anything.... And thought she could afford it.... I would say.... Do it babe!!!!!.... And she would say the same.... Just don't understand this whole, "My wife won't let me" B.S..... If she really won't let you...... Then it's time for a new wife IMHO

Will your wife ever want to ride on the back with you? If so, get a 1200 Low. If you are going to simply ride solo until you get the thing paid for, then get a Nightser. I seriously contemplated a Nightster over the Low, but I realized I wanted to be able to go on road trips also. You know....saddlebags, windshield, sissy bar for securing the gear that my saddlebags won't hold (today Ibought a few things at Cabela's and washauling two trekking staffs, a lightweight cookset, some other small items, a friggin' large pizza and a dozen garlic bread rolls!). I run errands on my bike. And I buy things while riding around town and such. I couldn't bring myself to ruin the look of a Nightster by putting all my "neccesities" on it. The Nightster is and should be a bare bones badass bike. And I like the Olive and Black, too. Mine's a 1200 Low, btw.
