I guess it could, lol....use sea foam once a month and octane booster once every couple fill-ups, and always run 91. That's what I do and my plugs have looked almost brand new since my rebuild.

and actually the sportys are one of the better handling bikes out there..
I believe I said AVERAGE riding, lol...and I don't need a tach, I know when it's time to shift when I ride because my vision gets blurry. [8D]
When I'm in a hurry, I stay in gear until the pucker factor makes me shift.
I don't need all them widgets and gizmos, it's not a damn race bike and I know where I'm at by sound and feel. I have a headlight, tail light, and a horn fer scarin people. That's about it, except for basic engine components.

Stock mirrors, yes. Quality aftermarket mirrors (like the wicked image mirrors that I have) hardly vibrate at all. Then again the 32" 1-1/4 diameter drags probably help too.
