Can't help ya. I never pushed mine that far while it still had the stock pipes and air cleaner. I would guess 105 - 110 for a stock 883.

Been up around 80MPH, which I don't like doing.

I prefer a nice cruising 55-60 area.

ive been up to 90 on a pretty much stock 1988 XLH. at least it looks stock from the outside.

it was only a little past 1/2 throttle in 4th gear (my top gear!) haha, I have no doubt that my bike could get up to or exceed the 120MPH limit on the speedo. but it would probably blow thru an entire tank of gas

Discounting possible real world factors like rider weight and wind drag, top speed for an 883 = 110mph and 1200 = 125mph

The numbers are based off the 2002 sprockets and rpm limits of the 883 & 1200.

Top speed of an 883 based on gearing & RPM. 5th gear, 5987 rpm, 113 mph

Top speed of a 1200 based on gearing & RPM. 5th gear, 5475 rpm,111 mph
