You guys need to see "The World's Fastest Indian". Trust me.
From IMDB.com
"The life story of New Zealander Burt Munro, who spent years building a 1920 Indian motorcycle -- a bike which helped him set the land-speed world record at Utah's Bonneville Salt Flats in 1967. "
It won 9 academy awords with 5 aditional nominations.
Staring Anthony Hopkins. Great movie about an incredible spirit.
I also liked Worlds Fastest Indian. Great movie and true story. Had to look Burt Munro up on the net to find out more info after seeing that one.
Stone Cold could have been ok if anybody but Brian Bosworth would have played the main character, and also if they redid the final chase scene to be even remotely realistic.
What ever happened to that Quentin Tarrentino (spelling?) biker movie that was scheduled for January release? Hell Ride I think it was supposed to be called? Anybody hear anything more about it?
ORIGINAL: meanbite
It isn't really a "biker" movie in the terms of Easy Rider or anything else like that but "The World's Fastest Indian" is a great movie....
