I am planning to change my bran new sportster 2006:
what do you think of putting drag bar with riser (softail night train type)? Here in Geneva Switzerland, it is very fashionable.
Now the handling of my sporty XL 883 is near perfect, do you think that putting dragbar, that would affect handling and worsening it?
Anybody has tried?
I have an '06 Sportster as well. I just put on the HD drag bars last month. I actually like it better w/ the new bars. It gives it more of a "sportier" feel to it. I've done a couple of 100 mile rides with 'em so far....and no problems with back/shoulder pain that people said I would have[8D]
Oh, and I just used the stock risers.....
OK seems all right.
for those with the plain XL, did you leave the classic front light, or did you for esthtical reasons change it for the chrome and bigger one?
