Yeup Bernie - lost foam method - first 4 attempts were unsuccesful the next two resulted in workable product - have a few spots pitted but have a buddie that can spot weld them with aluminum. - just passing time -

When I first joined this forum, and reported that I was bringing home the new "baby," it was the first question I asked and it was the unanimous opinion of the members of this austair group, that I should keep it in the living room. And so I have. But there's a lot more room in the house now that the old lady has left. She just didn't understand at all.

HOLY $Hitakei - yer kiddin - LMAO - wow - jumbo nads [sm=hail.gif] - dude - bike or lady? - guess it wasn't such a tough choice - would be for me though - lucky me mine understands the sickness - doesn't like it much, but understands - it helps that I just brought mine into my office @ school
