I run highbeams when running through twisty backroads - usually when I start to feel paranoid. This is why I'm adding the aux lighting kit with PIAA's all around....

High beam with headlight modulator, during daylight hours.
+1. The modulated high beam is probably the best way to increase your visibility.

I do turn it off when I am stuck in traffic or behind someone, though. It can be irritating so I don't want to encite anyone's rage.

I use my low's with fog lights on the engine guard. If I didn't I would use my brights.

I run high beams in the day time for two reasons, to be seen and if it burns out I still have low beam to ride at night. This happened to me 1,000 miles from home.

definately high beams at night and during the day as needed.

Anyone use Moto-Lights? I had a pair on my buell blast and they were great...much more visible with those halogen lights and the "triangle."
