Actually, upon further looking, I found a Welcome Home mission to attend about 1/2 way home! So I will stop in Allentown, Pa on the way home for that.

So I will get the chance to say farewell, and welcome home, both in the same day.

Plus, the weather is supposed to be great!

Excellent!!! Love those welcome home missions!!

Awesome that you can make it tomorrow. Due to work constraints, many times the weekday missions don't have a large turnout. Be sure and introduce yourself. The Deleware State Captain will be at the funeral, I put a bug in his ear to watch out for my fellow Sporty rider, from PA. LOL

Yea, being a weekday is one reason I decided upon it. I figured there would be less people able to make it. And I can afford to take a day off from work occassionally without too much repercussions.
I will ask around for the Delaware State Captain when I get there. Thanks!

And the Welcome Home mission is a great bonusfor the day! I just need to verify the times etc for that when I get home from work at midnight tonight. They still didn't have "rock-solid" date and times as of yet.

Welcome homes are usually that way. Flights get changed, traffic delays, change of orders, etc etc etc. Rarely do they go exactly as planned.

Dallastx...thanks for posting the youtube video..............gave me chills. My brother was in Viet Nam (Army) for two tours. A very dear friend (high school) that I've been in contact with for 50 years was also in Viet Nam (Navy) for two tours..he's pretty messed up, but loves riding his motorcycle.

Although I'm not a vet, I admire what everyone has done for our country and will support them all the way.
