Out of respect for my neighbors of 13 years. I start my bike and slowly go around the corner to let it warm up a bit before I ride.
When I come home I will coast into my driveway and hit the switch to "off" right in front of my garage door. Once the door is open, I just push the bike the rest of the way in.
The neighbors understand that Harleys are our passion, but they only think its cool for about 30 seconds or less. quiet baffles and short exits and entrances make for a a peaceful existence in a neighborhood.
Ride safe!

i havent got any complaints yet and i ride home about 1130pm and i just shut the bike off when i hit the street and coast into my drive way get out open it up and then push the bike in. but when i started the bike the first day after getting the pipes on my neighbor did come over because it scarred him.
they are loud for a reason. makes people notice you on the road. IMO they may not like it but hey at least they no i am there
How loud are the shortshots in comparison to these? Ive got Cycle shack turnouts right now and I find them to be pretty loud...are these louder? I want something a little louder and less harmonic, these Cycle shacks are really annoying a higher speeds because they have like a humming frequency that gets old fast.
