OK,
First of all, you were using the wrong URL. Copy and past the "direct link" which is the second link under you picture. Second, you have to use lower case [img] and [/img]
No we got to get it resized because it's too big. I'll take care of that for you.

Here is what your URL should look like (this is from my account) after I resized your pic:

Then I put [img] before the url and [/img] after the url
