To the the gal in the blue Cavalier with NY tags that paid my toll at the main toll plaza on the Dulles toll road today. Just another routine day with a delivery from Va. to Philly. Was unable to catch up to her before the Beltway split...she went one way and I had to go the other...there are some NICE people out there who appreciate bikers!
