...weather everywhere. The same new posts this morning before I left - are the same new posts now that I am back home.
Hope everyone had as great a day riding as we did. It was beautiful here today.
We took the Illinois river road up, crossed over to Siloam, crossed over into Ark. came back down 59 and crossed the border back over to another twisty road. Even met a new riding buddy today.
All in all, it was a wonderful day to working on my scooter tan.
My riding is restricted to going back and forth to work at the moment, which is only about a 4 mile ride, until my new speedometer gets here. This is a big tourist area and the cops here really crack down on speeding especially now that summer is approaching, so I am not chancing it too much. They are really out heavy this week since we have a major LPGA tournament in town. Once the new speedo is here, I will be on the road as much as I possibly can when the weather permits.
My scooter tan is doing well this year since I put on some sunblock instead of letting the sun burn through my skin and cause sun poisoning like last year. I didn't put sunblock on the back of my hands yesterday though and for the first time I got a sunburn on the back of my left hand and wrist. lol
My favorite is when I wear a helmet and/or bandana and don't put sunblock on my face.... The contrast between red and white looks very sexy... All the chicks dig it [8D]
yes, very sexy! LOL
My riding partner has the red ear/one side of the neck/peely forehead look. Needless to say, she had a bunch of grief at work from the other nurses!

We had really crappy weather Saturday, but boy Sunday was BEAUTIFUL. Rode all day, no where in particular, just wound up where we were. It was GREAT. Today is going to be beautiful again, but alas, my ride consided of to work. I will ride at lunch, and then after work, but I'm sure thinking I should have called in Mental and taken a ride to the east side of the mountains or something.
