Actually, I made it without the sticks for two years once. Then I started chewin', which led back to smokin', which led back to chewin'.....it's a vicious circle. Hang in there, it does get easier after a few weeks. If you want to be successful, don't think of it as quitting. Think of it as "starting" to not smoke. Nobody likes quitters.
only asians can smoke, becuase for some reason they can live to be 100 and still be in shape.
A friend of mine smokes a pack a day, hes 69, and teaches kickboxing classes and still practices his martial arts and seems to be in good health, personally i never hear him cough up sh*t. hes vietnamese and has never eaten a cheeseburger in his life haha. then other people die from it at 30.
but keep at it, your doing a good thing. like another person said, dont think of it as quitting, think of it as starting not to smoke. turn negatives into positives, thats the best way to accomplish daunting tasks.
