Summertime!
The past few days here in the Northeast has been insanely hot (for early June). This is the first heat wave I've hit since getting the bike. Can anyone share some tips on hot weather riding, both for the rider and the bike?

I have been lovin it!. \\; Great to get rid of the cold gear. \\; I did pick up a HD "Tenacity" mesh jacket today - I am usually able to keep moving, \\; I feel for people stuck in traffic on those 90+ days.

Lots of fluids...water and some kind of drink to replace electrolytes and a bannana or 2 for potassium. Loose fitting clothes to allow air to circulate helps, too. We have had the same weather here in Va., brutal when stuck in traffic.
