Need Battery Help!

I was putting a battery tender on my wife's '94 883 and in the middle of it something came up and I had to leave for awhile. Now I can't remember if the positive had an extra wire on it or was it the negative. The wire comes from a black block about 1Â½"x2". It has other wires that go into a plug. I'm thinking it's the turn signal shutoff. But noot sure. Can anyone help? Thanks........pops

On my 99,it's the negative.Should be the same for you.

What color is it? That is usually a hint. Freek his may be different as it is fuel injected. Flpops if I were you and there was the slightest doubt I'd call the local Harley dealer and ask. You don't want to cook your ECM!
